Wedding Packages


Thank you so much for your interest in Deborah Minarik Events, Ltd. No matter which pack-age you choose, we are here for you on your wedding day to make sure your vision, whatever it may be, becomes a reality. We will be your financial advisor, stage-manager, vendor broker, and confidant. We will be your personal shopper, decorator, and all-around wedding “ring-leader” on your wedding day. We customize our services based on your needs and we make the process and day-of run smoothly and as stress-free as possible. Every staff member who works at Deborah Minarik Events, Ltd. has a strong event planning/catering background so we are always prepared for any issues that may arise. In addition, our extensive contact list en-sures that you will always have a backup plan.

Day-of Coordination

Let us take the stress and thinking out of your wedding day so that you and your family can relax and enjoy your special day. Although you have booked us just for the day, we are here for you through-out your planning process for any questions or concerns that may pop up. In addition, the following is included:

    ~ Initial consultation (or FaceTime for our long-distance Brides) and 1 site meeting
    ~ Collection of all vendor contracts
    ~ All gratuity guidelines and distribution day-of
    ~ Morning-of Hair & Makeup payment guidance and collection
    ~ Day-of time management (getting you to the church on time!)
    ~ Ceremony line-up “write-up” and wedding-day timeline
    ~ Ceremony coordination at either your church, temple or venue
    ~ All “light” decorating (pictures, signs, place cards, menus, etc.) Typically anything that requires a ladder will have additional pricing
    ~ All personal items will be boxed and put into your car or shuttle at the end of the night

Partial Planning

Let us help with all unfinished business! This package is for the Bride who has chosen her venue and has most of her vendors booked, but needs that extra push. Remaining vendors will be suggested and hired and our help and guidance are yours throughout the remaining months of wedding planning. All timelines and day-of services are included and as always, any addi-tional staff will be booked at an hourly rate.

Full-Service Planning at a wedding venue

This is our all-inclusive package created for the busy Bride who wants someone by her side throughout the entire planning process. We will start by helping you choose a wedding venue tailored to your specific needs and vision and will include the following…

    ~ Three onsite or in-person meetings and unlimited email, text and phone calls
    ~ All vendor suggestions, negotiations, and bookings
    ~ Budget guidance
    ~ Help with booking hotel room blocks and all transportation
    ~ Help and suggestions for all of your entertainment needs for your ceremony, cocktail hour and reception
    ~ Decor consultation with our in-house team of designers – Ever Eventful Designs (decor packages priced separately)
    ~ Help with choosing all wedding stationary
    ~ All wedding-day timelines and ceremony line-up
    ~ Hair and makeup suggestions if needed
    ~ All final payment and gratuity distribution day-of
    ~ Full day-of coverage on your wedding day (10 hours)
    ~ If timing and scheduling allows, we will be with you at your rehearsal should you have one

Additional staffing and assistants will be hired at an hourly rate as needed and agreed upon

Full-Service Off-site Planning (tent, barn, backyard weddings)

This all-inclusive package includes all of the above plus the following:

    ~ Help with hiring of caterer and all staff
    ~ Menu design and selection (will work with the caterer to create a personalized menu)
    ~ All rental selection and coordination of deliveries week-of
    ~ Help with power needs and tech support if needed
    ~ Portable lavatory rentals
    ~ 4 hours of rental check-in (additional hours to be billed at an agreed upon hourly rate)
    ~ Detailed design plan with Ever Eventful Designs

With this plan, at least one assistant is required and will be billed at an hourly rate. Should
additional staffing be required, a detailed plan will be put into place and billed separately.
