Deborah Minarik Events is a boutique wedding planning firm dedicated exclusively to the East End — serving the Hamptons, North Fork, and Montauk. With a deep appreciation for coastal beauty, vineyard landscapes, private estates, and waterfront venues, Deborah designs celebrations that feel perfectly in tune with their surroundings.

Her approach blends refined aesthetics with intentional planning. Every wedding begins with listening — understanding not just the visual vision, but the emotion behind it. From elevated Montauk celebrations to sophisticated Hamptons weddings and romantic North Fork vineyard moments, Deborah ensures each event reflects the couple’s personality while honoring the effortless sophistication the East End is known for.

Kristin Patton is a passionate and dedicated weddingplanner with over 15 years of experience in the service industry. With herexceptional organizational skills, creative flair, and warm personality,Kristin has become a go-to professional for couples seeking to create theirdream weddings.


As a mother of two bright daughters and being married for11 wonderful years, Kristin understands the importance of crafting memorablemoments that reflect the unique love stories of each couple. She believes thata wedding should not only be a celebration of love but also an experience thatcaptures the essence of the couple's journey together.


Kristin's extensive background in teaching dance for 18years has honed her ability to choreograph and coordinate intricate detailsflawlessly. Her deep understanding of movement, rhythm, and aesthetics enablesher to orchestrate every aspect of a wedding with grace and elegance.



With Kristin as your wedding planner, you can expect apersonalized and stress-free planning process. She will work closely with youto understand your vision, incorporating your individual style and preferencesinto every aspect of the event. Stephanie

Event Planner & Office Manager 

Born and raised on Long Island, Stephanie is happily married and lives in Nassau County with her two amazing kids, her daughter Rylie and son Dylan. A graduate of Hofstra University with a dual degree in Communications/Public Relations and Psychology, she found her way into the wedding industry unexpectedly—and quickly realized it was exactly where she was meant to be. What started as a side gig grew into a full-time wedding focused photo booth business she has proudly run for over a decade, bringing energy and unforgettable moments to many celebrations across Long Island.


In 2020, Stephanie expanded into wedding planning and day-of coordination, combining her organization, energy, and people-first approach to create seamless and memorable events.


Known for her warm, approachable style and calm presence, she also happens to be the person who “has a guy for everything”—making her an invaluable resource for couples navigating the planning process. Whether she’s managing timelines, working alongside vendors, or keeping the dance floor energy high, Stephanie brings a genuine love for what she does into every wedding—usually laughing with an iced coffee in hand and a Backstreet Boys song playing in the background.

Event Planner

Suzanne is a dynamic professional with a diverse background in television production and Human Resources. Her unwavering passion for corporate events and extensive production experience seamlessly merged when she discovered her true calling as a wedding planner. Starting her journey as a bride of Deborah Minarik Events, Suzanne quickly recognized her innate talent for orchestrating unforgettable weddings.


Suzanne prioritizes providing couples with a completely stress-free planning experience and a flawless wedding day.


Beyond her professional endeavors, Suzanne finds solace in her personal interests. She can often be found indulging in the latest Netflix series, embracing the thrill of snowboarding during winter months, and cherishing quality time with friends at lively happy hour gatherings.



With a unique blend of creativity, professionalism, and a genuine love for crafting unforgettable moments, Suzanne is dedicated to making every couple's dream wedding a reality.

I’m Becky. Being a mama of 4 littles, I bring my love of organizing chaos, patience, and ability to multitask to Wedding Coordination. I love hearing your vision and working together to bring it to life! How lucky am I that I get to be a part of your big day?! 


When I’m not working, you can find me strolling the aisles of Target, running around with my kids, or begging my husband for another pet!
