Wedding Packages

  • Day-Of Coordination

    Let us take the stress out of your wedding day so that you and your family can relax and enjoy your special day!  


    Although you have booked us for just the day, we are here for you through-out your wedding year for any questions or concerns that may pop up (logistic information, decor questions, and timing information).  


    Package Includes

    • Initial consultation (in-person, Facetime or Zoom) and one (1) on-site meeting
    • Collection of all vendor contacts for the timeline
    • Vendor communication and timeline distribution 
    • All gratuity guidelines and distribution on the day-of
    • Day-of timeline including ceremony line-up
    • Wedding day Emergency Kit
    • All “light” decorating (pictures, signs, place card setup, menu placement, etc.).  Anything that requires a team (or a ladder) will be addition.Initial consultation (or FaceTime for our long-distance couples) and 1 site meeting

    Additional Event Details

    • We arrive at least one hour before scheduled photoshoot to set out all of your details for the photographer
    • You have us there for the rest of the event until the end of the night.  Typically, we will leave when the photographer leaves, but if it’s necessary to stay until the end, we will stay. 
    • All personal items will be boxed and put into your car or shuttle at the end of the night.
    • Church rehearsals are not included in this pricing because of possible conflicts with other events, but if we are free, we will be there.
  • Partial Planning

    Let us help with all unfinished business.  


    This package is for the couple who has chosen their venue, but needs help booking additional vendors.  Remaining vendors will be suggested and hired, and our help and guidance are yours throughout the remaining months of weddings planning.  


    Package Includes

  • Full-Service Planning (at a venue)

    This all-inclusive package was created for our couples who want someone by their side throughout the entire planning process. 


    We start by helping you choose a wedding venue tailored to your specific needs and vision.


    Package Includes

    • Initial consultation (in-person, Facetime or Zoom), three (3) on-site or in-person meetings at the venue and one (1) scheduled meeting with your vendors, if needed
    • All vendor suggestions, negotiations, and bookings
    • Budget guidance and tracking
    • Hotel room blocks and all transportation needs
    • All entertainment needs for your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception
    • Decor consultation and guidance
    • Wedding stationary guidance
    • All wedding-day timelines and ceremony line-up
    • All final payment and gratuity distribution the day of your wedding

    Additional Event Details

    • Full day of coverage on your wedding day beginning one hour before the photographer arrives and ending at the end of your wedding.  After parties are not included in this timing.
    • If timing and scheduling allows, we will be with you at your rehearsal if you are having one
    • Additional staffing will be hired at an hourly rate if needed and agreed upon.
  • Full-Service Off-Site Planning (Tent, Barn, Backyard, etc)

    All-inclusive package for tent, barn, backyard weddings, etc.


    We start by helping you choose a wedding venue tailored to your specific needs and vision.


    Includes everything from the Full-Service On-Site planning, plus:

    • Help with hiring of caterer and staff
    • Menu design and selection (will work with the caterer to create a personalized menu)
    • All rental selection and coordination of deliveries the week-of including power needs and tech support if needed
    • Portable lavatory rentals
    • 4 hours of rental check-in (additional hours to be billed at an agreed-upon hourly rate)
    • Detailed design plan
    • With this package, at least one assistant is required and will be billed at an hourly rate of $40/hr. plus gratuity.  Should additional staffing be required, a detailed plan will be put into place and billed separately.

No matter which package you choose, we are here for you on your wedding day to make sure your vision, whatever it may be, becomes a reality. We will be your financial advisor, stage-manager, vendor broker, and confidant. We will be your personal shopper, decorator, and all-around wedding “ring-leader” on your wedding day. We customize our services based on your needs and we make the process and day-of run smoothly and as stress-free as possible. Every staff member who works at Deborah Minarik Events, Ltd. has a strong event planning/catering background so we are always prepared for any issues that may arise. In addition, our extensive contact list ensures that you will always have a backup plan.
